Ian Stewart is a director in Guidehouse’s Health segment. He is an accomplished healthcare revenue cycle and finance leader who is passionate about mission-based health systems. In addition to his leadership role on the Health team, Stewart is CEO of the Children’s Health Consortium – a Guidehouse joint venture focused on providing solutions to children’s hospitals. His triple aim is to prioritize strategic revenue cycle initiatives with best-in-class metrics while achieving top decile patient/associate/provider satisfaction.

Stewart has significant experience in leading turnaround and operational improvement initiatives at health systems, acute care, LTAC, medical groups, nursing homes, home health, and other provider organizations. As a senior executive, he has led front, middle, and back-end revenue cycle and finance departments, and contact centers for large integrated systems ranging from $1 - $4.6 billion in NPSR. This includes systems with more than 20 hospitals and 2,000 providers, as well as approximately 2,000 onshore and offshore revenue cycle employees.
