Nesen Surmeli-Anac is an Associate Director at Guidehouse, working in the Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment focusing on energy and climate policy, energy transition. She is an expert on aspects of sustainability in the built environment on city, buildings and building products level.
Nesen brings in over 15 years experience in steering a complex large program, liaising with senior management at corporate clients. She advises national governments, international governmental and non-governmental organisations, by developing strategies, identifying and enabling pathways to reach objectives through resource allocation, short term target adjustments and long term planning under uncertainty.
She leads Cool Up programme, a large scale project bringing financial, technical and regulatory aspects together for enabling transition to sustainable cooling in MENA region.
