April Taylor is an associate director in the Healthcare practice. She has more than 15 years of industry management and Big 4 Consulting experience within healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, and healthcare technology environments. She has managed departments and led initiatives that included: leading cross-functional teams, coordinated multi-functional activities to meet milestones, and deliver programs on plan. She facilitated the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. She was responsible for tracking the day-to-day activities for clients teams and projects as required to ensure the projects are completed on time in a manner consistent establish goals. This experience provided her with an in-depth knowledge of the overall healthcare environment from both the provider and payer perspective. Within this role she managed a total of 55 FTEs, managed a budget for three departments, and created process flows, job descriptions, staffing analyses, training materials, and implementing training.
