Arvinder has more than 25 years of experience working across many industries including healthcare, healthcare information technology, higher education, and consumer packaged goods.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Arvinder spent 14 years working at hospitals and physician groups developing technology strategies, leading large-scale IT enabled transformations, and large system implementations. Arvinder has significant experience performing IT assessments, developing technology strategies and roadmaps, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, advising on business and IT architecture, and helping to innovate and incorporate new technology into an organization’s IT landscape.
Developed strategic information technology roadmap, replacing legacy technologies, eliminating duplicative solutions, and scaling infrastructure for future growth, with revised business continuity / disaster recovery plan to reflect new architecture.
Implemented revenue cycle solution, reducing number of systems from 15 to four, automating 70% of manual processes, reducing FTEs by 30, saving more than $1,000,000 per year in other areas, and increasing collections $5,000,000 annually.
