Martin Trautmann is a partner in the vibrant and fast growing Life Sciences practice. He leads the “Launch & Commercial Excellence” service line, which collaborates with Biopharmaceutical and HealthTech clients to execute large and complex engagements, such as product launches, post merger integrations, setting up and managing alliances, transferring products or executing sales force related initiatives.
Over the past five years, Martin and his team have successfully supported the launch of 25+ pipeline assets and published their experiences and recommendations on multiple occasions.
