Amanda Vallozzi is a director within the Healthcare practice. In her role, she is responsible for client project management, project quality and delivery, internal methodology / tool development, and is a recognized technical EMR expert. She has experience in operational and process improvement, revenue integrity redesign, revenue risk mitigation, and developing revenue cycle system methodologies.
Amanda has experience working with institutions ranging from large academic and regional medical centers to private physician practices and post-acute care organizations. Throughout her career, she has focused on process improvement, change management, and software enhancement as a means of streamlining the hospital revenue cycle.
Prior to her work at Guidehouse, Amanda was a senior leader in clinical operations, overseeing multi-disciplinary operations including a Neurological Institute and Pelvic Health Centers, at a multi-hospital health system in northern Illinois.
