Ricardo has 20 years of financial, operational and asset management experience in the energy infrastructure and utilities industry. He has consistently delivered shareholder value via creation and execution of strategic leadership on roadmaps for two of the largest Fortune 500 investor owned utilities in the US. He has held multiple executive positions in diverse business areas including: Operations, Business Development, Customer Service and Global EHS.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Ricardo led the transmission development for FERC 1000 practice of one of the largest utilities in the US across all RTOs; overseeing development, operations and execution of a major portfolio of high value energy grid projects in California, Texas, New York, Ontario and New Hampshire.
Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida International University, and an Executive MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also has a Management Certificate from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
