Latisha Younger-Canon is a Director in Guidehouse’s Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure (ES&I) practice. She is an expert with nearly 15 years of experience in customer experience (CX) research having extensive experience in survey research and design, in-depth interviews, logic modeling, text analysis, data visualization, and journey mapping. She has worked across a variety of program types, both classic and emerging designs, for numerous utilities across North America in both evaluator and implementation roles. Through this work, she has established expertise in program design, customer experience evaluation and management, and Net-to-Gross / attribution analysis.
Latisha currently leads the Guidehouse ES&I Qualtrics Team, overseeing the programming and fielding of online surveys across the practice. She has taught Guidehouse’s Evaluating Energy course with a focus on process and survey research best practices for both Guidehouse colleagues and clients. She also incorporates continuous improvement strategies into her work utilizing her background as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Before joining Guidehouse, Latisha worked at Opinion Dynamics, where she conducted both process and impact evaluations across a range of energy efficiency programs. Her work included residential baseline studies, market segmentation studies, and cross-cutting evaluations, in addition to developing strategies for targeting specific participant and trade ally populations for study.
Latisha is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Western Illinois University. At UWM, she taught an undergraduate survey research course and worked across a variety of program evaluations for private, government, and non-profit organizations.
