Allison Carter is a director, responsible for leading teams to deliver advisory services to clients across the US Federal Government, with a specific focus on the Department of State. Her key areas of expertise include organizational transformation, human capital, program evaluation and continuous improvement.
Allison led Guidehouse to become the first large professional services firm to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2014 and continues to play an active role as a quality champion. She is frequently invited to speak at events and advise other organizations on the Baldrige Framework. She currently serves as the chair of the panel of judges for the Baldrige Award.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Allison worked for Booz Allen Hamilton and BearingPoint in their public sector advisory businesses providing a range of services from IT program management to organizational assessment and process improvement.
