Michael Duke is a partner in the Health practice. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has helped clients maximize financial outcomes related to operational performance, provided leadership in developing purpose built augmented analytic solutions for enhanced results and has guided senior leadership in ways to maximize operational performance while reducing operating expense through implementation of purpose built advanced automation. Throughout his career, Michael led a multitude of large scale revenue cycle engagements at academic medical centers, multi-facility health systems, community hospitals, and physician groups. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Michael was a partner with Baker Tilly, US.
Michael has authored several articles related to revenue cycle performance, augmented analytic development and deployment as well as advanced process automation best practices. He is also the author of The McPherson Principle: An Innovative Approach to Hitting the Bullseye of Revenue Cycle Performance.
