Michelle Fay is a partner in the Energy practice supporting clients as they implement transformational programs. She brings more than 20 years of experience planning and delivering complex and innovative programs for utilities. Michelle’s expertise includes program and project management, organizational change management, account management, process and performance improvement, grid modernization, energy efficiency, analytics. She is an experienced leader specializing in emerging technologies and is respected for her integrity, leadership, team building, strategic planning, and laser-focused execution.
Throughout her career, Michelle has partnered with clients to envision and deliver programs that support the transformative changes taking place in the energy industry. This includes developing business processes, implementing new and innovative technologies and designing and implementing organizational changes to support the business strategy. Michelle has led several grid modernization programs, managing and overseeing strategic Program Management Offices, with a focus on realization of benefits and reduced risk.
Prior to Guidehouse, Michelle was the Vice President and General Manager at BRIDGE Energy Group (now part of Accenture), where she held various leadership roles. Prior to BRIDGE, she worked at Aclara and PricewaterhouseCoopers, delivering services and solutions to over 80 large utilities.
