Andrew Fraser is an associate director at Guidehouse and a leader in the Digital and Emerging Technology practice. Andrew is an experienced project manager, digital strategist, and innovator. Over the past 10 years, he has strived to strategize elegant, simple, and clean digital solutions, transforming challenge into value opportunity, while advancing organizational objectives across industries, including nonprofit, for-profit, insurance, and healthcare providers. Andrew’s areas of expertise include digital transformation, emerging healthcare and life sciences digital technology, project management, and product management.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Andrew worked as director of B2B Digital Strategy for AARP Services, Inc., where he managed a range of digital and technology projects across the AARP enterprise. Prior to AARP, he worked with The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare technology, consulting, and research firm. Andrew worked in the “mid-cycle” during the ICD-10 transition, implementing SaaS tools for hospitals and health systems analyzing institutional and professional billing for documentation improvement opportunities to maximize billing and revenue. Andrew has earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland System. He holds multiple professional certifications in project management (PMP, CSM, and SAFe).
