Liz Fuscaldo is a director in the National Security segment with nearly 20 years of experience advising private, public sector, and non-profit entities around the world. In this capacity, she works with organizations to develop short and long-term strategies, streamline business operations, better link performance to resources, and effectively engage and connect stakeholder audiences and needs - all in an effort to help organizations and their people to perform at their best. She leads, empowers, and develops high performing teams by focusing on what matters most - people.
For the past decade, Liz has primarily focused on helping global public sector and multilateral entities – namely the U.S. Department of State, the World Bank, and the U.S. Agency for International Development. She’s helped these organizations transform major infrastructure functions, such as the consolidation and streamlining of IT shared services, assessments and strategies to enhance human capital operations, and the modernization of citizen-centric governmental services and operations around the world.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Liz worked for KPMG (BearingPoint) for nearly a decade, where she focused on private sector organizations in retail and consumer markets, telecommunications, and high-tech industries. She collaborated with diverse and geographically dispersed teams to provide program oversight and organizational change management for major systems implementations and modernization initiatives.
