As a part of the Healthcare Strategy team, Sarah advises leading provider, payer, and government clients in the United States and internationally on market and growth strategy. Sarah focuses on how shifting market elements like consumer and population dynamics, payer mix, managed care, partnerships, risk-arrangements, and market competition impact a provider’s go-forward strategy. She assesses market entry and partnership opportunities by working with payer specific data to understand payer market trends and identify opportunities and risks for provider and payer clients. As part of her growth strategy work, Sarah has led studies with organizations ranging from smallest hospitals in the country to the largest integrated delivery systems.
