Carl Landry is a Director in the Healthcare Strategy practice with 15 years of experience in provider/health system strategy, clinical integration strategy / and network development, optimization, and implementation. Carl has led several healthcare strategy engagements and has partnered with 15+ ACOs / CINs to develop and implement high performing governance models, key foundational strategies, and high impact clinical initiatives to drive growth and financial performance. Carl has also facilitated the development of a range of partnership and integration models to drive greater provider/system alignment and collaboration, service line growth, and effective clinical distribution strategies. Carl began his healthcare career as a combat medic and health services logistics leader with the United States Army providing direct care to soldiers and civilians, and leading clinical operations and logistics for troop medical clinics in both garrison and combat environments over a 10-year Military career.
