Raquel is a Partner in Guidehouse’s US State and Local Government Advisory Practice, focusing on the New York Metro Region. She has experience working for and with government agencies to improve their operations, build policies and procedures, and implement strategies and recommendations to fulfill their missions. Raquel has focused mainly on business process improvement, operational assessments, and project management for state and local government clients. Raquel also works with numerous clients around the country on federal funding strategy and grant management operations. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Raquel worked for more than nine years for the City of New York and in her last role, she was the Chief of Staff to the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
