Caspar Noach is an associate director, supporting large international companies to create and implement strategies in the Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure segment. He manages projects aiming to understand environmental impacts across the supply chain and building comprehensive strategies to manage and reduce them.
Caspar operates in roles where content, relationship management and creating impact comes together. His experience is deep in the following areas:
Climate strategy development: including the development of full value chain (science-based) climate targets. This work also includes the development of carbon abatement strategies and roadmaps and in- and external communication strategies based on solid stakeholder mapping and management.
Climate strategy implementation: including the implementing of GHG reduction programs, specializing in supplier engagement programs and the implementation of monitoring approaches.
Additionally, Caspar has experience influencing end-user behavior. He has managed campaigns aimed at the implementation of energy saving and sustainable energy measures for home owners, SME’s and schools. He has led the largest energy price comparison website in the Netherlands. Finally, he has led 3 multi-million EU funded projects. These projects included energy saving and sustainability education at schools, on energy saving campaigns for other EU countries (Implement), and developing sustainable districts (cRRescendo). In cRRescendo over 3000 dwellings were realized in (new) energy efficient districts in four demonstration projects in Almere (NL), Milton Keynes (UK), Viladecans (ES) en Ajaccio (FR).
