Rob is a leader in Guidehouse's Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice focused on advising state & local governments, owners of major capital assets, and recipients of federal, state, and local grant funding. His experience includes strategic capital planning and prioritization, project and program management, project controls, grant administration and compliance, economic development, logistics, performance improvement, and other topics.

Rob has worked with public and private sector clients including utility providers; federal, state, and local governments; architecture, engineering, and construction firms; healthcare providers; and public health agencies, among others. For the last decade, Rob has been supporting clients through the planning, administration, and oversight of FEMA Public Assistance, HUD CDBG-DR, FHWA, FEMA HMGP, and other grant funds and advising clients on the capital project lifecycle. Rob has led targeted, strategic initiatives as well as major programs both domestically and abroad.
