Steve Reynolds is a partner at Guidehouse in the Public Health Sector where he helps clients address complex challenges with sustainable, impactful solutions. Steve has spent more than thirty years working in, and with, the Federal government at the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, Department of Homeland Security and the White House. In addition to leading the Guidehouse NIH and HHS practices, he specializes in optimizing organizational performance through strategic change, transformational redesign, and workforce empowerment. Prior to joining Guidehouse Steve held senior command positions in the US Coast Guard and was the Military Aide to President George W. Bush. While in the Coast Guard, he flew jets and helicopters supporting maritime rescue, law enforcement, and disaster response operations.
