Through the application of human centered design principles Bijal has facilitated numerous innovation sessions to help organizations evaluate behaviors and identify underlying cultural constructs and their expressions for specific groups of people to identify the authentic connections and help create breakthrough ideas.
Bijal has extensive experience in Agile implementation and adaption, complex program/project management (mobilization and execution), change management, and business process evaluation/redesign. She is experienced in all phases of rapid prototype solution development—from ideation and design to launch and execution. Ms. Rock has worked with clients across the U.S. federal government, as well as with international, non-governmental, defense, retail, finance, and non-profit organizations.
