Josue’ Rodas is a director in the Healthcare practice. He provides unique service offerings to the healthcare laboratory consulting services by successfully aligning clinical laboratory operations with evolving healthcare delivery models.
Josue’ brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience handling technical, administrative, business development, and strategic laboratory functions in various settings. Josue’ has assisted community and university hospitals, large health systems, as well as independent laboratory providers with performance optimization initiatives, integration models, and strategy. Josue’ also has experience with large physician group operations and management, including faculty practice settings. In addition, he has recently led the widespread adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) and Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) in small-to-mid-size provider practices.
Josue’ served as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, Orlando. He has lectured at numerous conventions throughout the U.S., including the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Winter Park Leadership, Insurance Commission, and other healthcare organizations. Josue’ has participated in numerous media interviews including Telemundo, Univision, and NPR News where he has addressed healthcare initiatives.
