Robert Rosen (Rob) is a director and a Health Sector technology strategy and delivery leader at Guidehouse helping organizations turn data into insights that move beyond zero-sum cost, efficiency, and quality of service tradeoffs.
Rob has over 30 years’ experience in information technology, applied mathematics, AI, finance, and healthcare consulting. Rob led the team that created the PopMedNet distributed analytic research technology and managed instances for; FDA Sentinel, NIH Collaboratory, and PCORI PCORnet. Rob served on committees of the US Department of Health and Human Services Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology developing national healthcare technology standards.
Rob is a named author on patents in several areas including; artificial intelligence and applied mathematics, graphical user interface techniques, peer to peer networking, and distributed networks and network inter-operations.
