Eduardo Schur is a partner and global leader of the life sciences strategy segment. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, he excels at strategic planning, commercial assessments, and new product launch readiness.
Examples of some of the services Eduardo and his team provide include commercial and market assessments, life cycle development, end-of-life cycle assessments, commercial input to clinical development, development of product value proposition, marketing planning, business development support, and valuation. His therapeutic areas of expertise include neurology, cardiology, infectious diseases, gastroenterology, and women’s healthcare. Most recently, his work has been focused on oncology and immunology.
Previously, Eduardo was vice president of marketing for Plavix, a blockbuster brand for Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also held multiple pharmaceutical marketing and sales management positions with Johnson and Johnson in the U.S. and abroad.
Upon joining Guidehouse, Eduardo began building and developing the life sciences segment on the East Coast. Under his leadership, the segment now has eight global offices in the U.S., China, and the UK.
Eduardo is a member of the Guidehouse Healthcare senior leadership committee and a member of Guidehouse’s Innovation Development Council.
