Paul is a Partner with Guidehouse’s Technology Advisory business line. Paul has over 25 years of consulting experience leading data and analytic efforts, as well as delivery of complex technology and digital solutions.

He specializes in solving complex business problems with a variety of advanced analytic and data science techniques, leading engagements focused on high-profile analytic studies and model-based solutions for improved performance, streamlined operations, and strategic decision making. He has also led complex analytic technology-based efforts to prevent fraud, intelligently process claims, and provide digital functionality to business users.

 Prior to joining Guidehouse, Paul was a Principal at Grant Thornton with responsibility for the Technology Transformation Digital Technology and Analytics practice. Paul has worked at IBM leading their Public Sector Business Analytics and Optimization (BAO) Predictive Analytics practice, and has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as well.
