William is a partner leading program management, risk management, eDiscovery, investigations, cybersecurity and business process reengineering engagements. At Guidehouse he works across the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the commercial sector.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, William worked more than 27 years with PwC performing independent assessments, strategy, forensic accounting, financial management and cyber risk assessments. He directed some of PwC's most contentious/high profile engagements involving eDiscovery, computer forensics, investigations, money laundering, cyber security and security assessments in both the federal and private sectors.
