With his more than 30 years of experience within global energy management and sustainability consulting, Jan has pioneered the development and implementation of scalable, cohesive strategies to help industry executives achieve sustainability excellence and increased shareholder value.  

His diverse work experience encompasses enterprise and operational strategy, product development and go-to-market strategy, operating model design, organizational (re)structuring, business process improvement, business transformation and change management, performance management, post-merger integration, technology strategy and implementation. 

Jan is a impactful leader of one of the largest global energy, sustainability and infrastructure consulting teams comprising over 1500 management consultants focused on the development of solutions and capabilities to help energy industry clients navigate and transition to a low-carbon economy. The team leverages a proprietary industry-leading framework – The Energy Cloud – to collaborate with clients looking to understand climate change impact on their business, new opportunities in the energy market, policy and regulatory changes, evolving customer needs, new technologies, strategic options, and emerging business models. 

Prior to Guidehouse, Jan held multiple global energy industry leadership roles at leading global consultancies and advisory firms.
