Areas of Expertise

Kristen is a Director in the Public Health Sector on the FDA team. Her areas of expertise include change management, strategic communications, and training/development. Kristen works with her clients to define their strategic and human centered needs, develop effective transformation strategies, and ensure that they can meet their long and short term strategic goals. Currently she leads change management work across multiple FDA projects, and she is one of Guidehouse’s (re)Vision Change Management Subject Matter Experts.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Kristen taught English at the Catholic University of America and the United States Naval Academy, where she developed expertise in rhetoric and communication. She brings this expertise and her passion for developing others to all of her work. Kristen is also the President of the Association of Change Management Professionals, DC Chapter for the 2021/2022 Board term.
