Gregory Heller Recognized as a Local Leader in "Generation Change Philly"

Gregory Heller, director within Guidehouse's Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice, has been named one of Philadelphia’s “Generation Change Philly” local civic leaders. Leading a team of housing and community development subject-matter experts, Heller's work focuses on affordable housing, equitable communities, and government solutions.

With a career dedicated to furthering community-focused affordable housing, Heller has worked on programs enabling more people to qualify for home loans and programs that help affordable housing to remain affordable, as well as projects that support the land staying under city control and appreciating in value. At Guidehouse, he has worked on emergency rental programs in Pennsylvania and around the country, along with a variety of other initiatives, such as creating nontraditional finance for affordable housing projects.
