Robert leads the Business and IT Strategy practice at Guidehouse, providing strategy, management, technology, risk, and financial management consulting to public sector and commercial clients. With more than 20 years management consulting, investment banking, and financial analysis experience, he has advised senior client executives on business and IT strategy, enterprise transformation, growth strategy, operating model development, organization strategy and design, cybersecurity, operating model development, digital strategies, workforce improvement, operations and financial improvement, M&A divestiture and merger integration, and sustainability across multiple industries in North America and Europe.

Robert is currently focused on developing integrated business and IT strategies for commercial and public sector organizations, creating growth strategies for highly competitive markets, improving operational performance through modernization and automation, and building digital capabilities that improve the customer experience. He has led projects across business and technology strategy consulting disciplines that have enabled clients to achieve significant financial and operational benefits. Current and recent clients include leading companies in the utilities, technology services, financial services, and health industries; multiple Cabinet-level federal agencies; and New York, Massachusetts, and California state and local agencies.
