With more than 25 years of relevant experience, Jennifer Moltzan has been instrumental in aligning HR with Guidehouse’s strategy and business priorities and fostering a culture of excellence. As Chief People Officer, she relentlessly pursues opportunities to make HR an enabler of desired company culture and ensures the adoption of innovative talent acquisition processes. She oversees all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, process design, total rewards, HR business partner leadership, people development, and organizational design.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has excelled in delivering strategic HR programs that leverage her extensive expertise in human capital management. Her leadership has been pivotal in driving growth and innovation, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and enhancing employee engagement and development.

Before joining Guidehouse, Jennifer held various leadership roles in the professional services industry. Her broad knowledge of human capital best practices and her ability to address unique business challenges have made her a valuable asset to every organization she has been a part of.
