Sitha is a Director in the Energy Sustainability and Infrastructure (ESI) practice with experience leading large scale strategy and business transformation projects including technology solution implementations, information management & data analytics, workforce training & development and program/project management. Sitha led the implementation of multiple PMOs including a 5-year, $5B national green building construction and modernization program overseeing project prioritization, capital planning and budgeting, integrated program and project controls, communications & stakeholder management, analyzing variance in planned benefits and enhancing enterprise & executive reporting capabilities. Most recently, Sitha served as the project manager for a multi-year portfolio optimization and capital investment process improvement program for a major utility maintaining over $4B in annual spend.
