Marylyn Shinaberry, CPA 

Marylyn brings more than 25 years of end-to-end expertise and leadership in financial management, corporate strategy, M&A integrations, strategic partnerships, and capital management for private and public sector organizations. A respected executive on the Guidehouse corporate leadership team, she played an integral role in the company’s early foundations during several strategic acquisitions.

Marylyn works closely with the CFO to deliver on corporate growth by driving company strategy and financial integrity for continued expansion and success. As head of all controller responsibilities, she ensures timeliness and accuracy of financial results, provides financial system direction and oversight, and spearheads approaches for acquisition integrations and migrations.

With a mastery of financial reporting, capital financing, working capital management, and corporate governance issues, Marylyn has focused throughout her career on mitigating risk and maintaining a strong cash foundation across a portfolio of assets for organic and inorganic growth stability. Her industry-leading metrics and successful financial management practices have won her numerous industry and academic plaudits.

Before joining Guidehouse, Marylyn served as a senior financial executive in government services, tech, and manufacturing.
