Jamila’s 20-year career is hallmarked by partnering with business executives to transform organizations, implement new business models, and execute global people strategies.

She brings a results-focused energy and passion to her strategic role in human capital management with deep domain expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions and programs to deliver transformational impact and change.

Jamila’s data-driven, collaborative, and empathetic approach, combined with a customer-first mindset, allows her to strategically scale human capital functions and build an innovative team who share the focus of providing value-added employee experiences.

She is responsible for all aspects of people management and talent strategy, aligning global talent to growth opportunities to help drive our shared vision for creating the new future of work model.

Before joining Guidehouse, Jamila was the Vice President of Compensation for a professional service and IT company. She also held top-level human resources positions at Fortune 500 companies delivering forward-thinking human capital services and solutions, building high-performing world-class teams, and creating equitable and inclusive cultures.

Education:

B.S., double major, Human Resources and German; minor in French, Michigan State University

Masters Human Resources & Labor Relations, Michigan State University
