Our Commitment
At Guidehouse, we strongly believe that to address the diverse needs of a global marketplace, we must ensure the demographics of our suppliers reflect those of our clients and the communities in which we do business. We are committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our business, while delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients. Through our supplier diversity process, we actively seek diverse suppliers and provide them an opportunity to participate in fulfilling Guidehouse’s internal procurement needs and partner with us on client engagements.

Supplier diversity is critical to our firm’s overall success, as a diverse supplier base helps Guidehouse access the widest range of talents in the marketplace. Building upon the supplier diversity process initiative launched in 2011, in 2018 Guidehouse formally created a Supplier Diversity Program. Key components and goals of our program include:
  • Development and maintenance of a curated list of diverse suppliers
  • Production of reports summarizing Guidehouse’s spend with diverse suppliers
  • Creating a greater awareness of the program with targeted suppliers
  • Increasing the number of accredited diverse suppliers utilized by Guidehouse
In order to do business under our supplier diversity program, prospective suppliers must be certified as a Minority Business Enterprise, Woman-Owned Business Enterprise, Disability Owned Business Enterprise, LGBT-Owned Business, Veteran-Owned Business, or U.S. federal government–categorized Small Business. Proof of current certification from an accredited federal, state, or regional agency is required.

Some of the benefits of partnering with us will include:
  • Preferred selection as a subcontractor/partner in client engagements
  • Preferred consideration in Guidehouse’s internal procurement program
  • Increased visibility among decision-makers within Guidehouse for supplier diversity needs
We are looking for industry-specific skill sets and capabilities to support clients in energy, financial institutions, healthcare, and life sciences.

Firms interested in doing business with us, please send an overview of your capabilities to purchasing@guidehouse.com. A member of the Guidehouse procurement team will contact you.
