Challenge

For more than a decade, a leading U.S. federal agency has trusted Guidehouse to deliver modern IT-managed services and infrastructure. Approach

• Transforming its IT model to a modern managed services approach 
• Developing a resource unit chargeback model that maintained a 99.99+% availability rate with 24/7/365 support
• Automating cloud services to achieve rapid server provisioning, reducing the time from weeks to just four hours
