Regional Collaboration of Utilities and Communities Toward Sustainability and Resilience Goals

Guidehouse will join the American Planning Association (APA) for a webinar in their ongoing sustainability and resilience national series. Guidehouse helps organizations navigate the complexity of this emerging topic to identify and meet their objectives from strategy to execution.

Nicole Wobus, director, will speak on the "Regional Collaboration of Utilities and Communities Toward Sustainability and Resilience Goals" panel on Friday, June 9, from 1-2:30 p.m. EDT. She will be joined by Georgia Caruthers, initiative lead, Connected Communities; Tami Gunderzik and Sofia Troutman, product managers, Xcel Energy. 

The webinar will explore how energy providers can work collaboratively with local communities to provide resources and coordinate on planning to accelerate progress in clean energy, equity, and resilience. It will feature two initiatives from different regions of the U.S. that involve innovative collaboration between energy providers, local government, and community stakeholders to achieve enhanced sustainability and resilience-related outcomes.
