With more than 30 years of advisory and technology leadership, Dr. Hawat is recognized for driving transformational strategy, program management, and customer success. Serving as Guidehouse’s technology lead in the South, he will focus on the Florida market and championing co-innovative, outcomes-driven solutions.

Phil Nordgren, Partner
Nordgren will lead growth initiatives across the Midwest. With more than 20 years in public sector modernization, he is known for revitalizing outdated systems, rescuing struggling programs, and building high-performing teams. He will drive strategic partnerships and support state and local clients grappling with fiscal pressures, workforce challenges, and expanding federal responsibilities.

A seasoned technology leader with nearly two decades of experience, Reilly specializes in driving transformation across state and local government agencies.
