CHICAGO – Navigant (NYSE: NCI) has been rated as the top performer for revenue cycle outsourcing (RCO) in KLAS’ 2019 Outsourced Revenue Cycle Services report. In addition, Navigant is a top performer for client satisfaction in the category of select firms and received an A- score for the value of its services in KLAS’ HIT Advisory Services 2019 report. Both reports are based on feedback from Navigant client hospital and health system executives.
According to KLAS’ Outsourced Revenue Cycle Services report, Navigant delivers the strongest RCO customer experience among measured firms and is the only organization to have all interviewed clients say they would buy the firm’s RCO services again. Navigant clients also praise the firm’s flexibility in contracting and execution of services. In KLAS’ HIT Advisory Services report, Navigant received a 94.3 score for client satisfaction and an A- for services and money’s worth, based on quality of staff, tools and methodologies, strategic expertise, and providing the biggest bang for the buck. Clients note Navigant consultants’ expertise around Epic and revenue cycle optimization, suggesting they could not have implemented or strategically improved their revenue cycle without Navigant’s expertise. Clients also cite the benefit of having Navigant consultants on-site for training or to look for functionality gaps in workflows.
