Navigant Receives Highest Overall Performance Score in KLAS’ 2019 Value-Based Care Consulting Report

Washington – Navigant, a Guidehouse company, has been rated as the top performer for consistently leading some of the most difficult value-based care transformation projects for highly-complex clients in  KLAS’ 2019 Value-Based Care Consulting report. Navigant received the highest overall performance score, 95.6 out of 100, among the 10 firms analyzed in the report, which is based on feedback from client hospital and health system executives.

According to the report, in a field of high performers, Navigant stands out for: 

• Its performance in working with highly complex clients as defined by organization size, contract risk profile, and percent of revenue derived from value-based reimbursement. 
• Helping clients manage risk, including progressing toward health-plan-type risk, lowering costs, and achieving contract baselines and profitability.  

Clients recognize the firm for a deep and wide staff with executives who maintain strong relationships and help motivate client improvement beyond the confines of specific engagements, and they also indicate that Navigant’s work pays for itself.

To determine these rankings, KLAS utilizes both performance data and customer satisfaction ratings gathered in interviews with healthcare executives across the country. Navigant was recognized as the top performer for revenue cycle outsourcing and revenue cycle optimization in the 2019 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Services report.
