Washington – Navigant, a Guidehouse company, has been rated as the top performer for consistently leading some of the most difficult value-based care transformation projects for highly-complex clients in KLAS’ 2019 Value-Based Care Consulting report. Navigant received the highest overall performance score, 95.6 out of 100, among the 10 firms analyzed in the report, which is based on feedback from client hospital and health system executives.
According to the report, in a field of high performers, Navigant stands out for:
Clients recognize the firm for a deep and wide staff with executives who maintain strong relationships and help motivate client improvement beyond the confines of specific engagements, and they also indicate that Navigant’s work pays for itself.
“We pride ourselves on our ability to help hospitals and health systems both manage the transition from volume to value and build sustainable business models to successfully take on advanced levels of risk in a value-based care world,” said Richard Bajner, Guidehouse managing director and leader of the firm’s healthcare value transformation and strategy practices. “Being recognized by our clients for our professionalism, broad understanding of the market, and business transformation capabilities makes this award that much more meaningful.”
The report places Navigant in the Transformational Partner category, defined as firms that are often engaged with clients at the executive level and are brought in for help with highly strategic projects that drive organizational change and have a large impact across multiple areas of the business. These firms have high credibility and a reputation for broad expertise, the report suggests.
To determine these rankings, KLAS utilizes both performance data and customer satisfaction ratings gathered in interviews with healthcare executives across the country.
