Jacob Graham, Life Sciences, San Francisco
Graham has more than 12 years of experience in the life sciences industry with a focus on market access consulting. Throughout his career, he has worked on hundreds of different life sciences innovations spanning drugs, devices, and diagnostics. At Guidehouse, Graham works with clients to design comprehensive market access strategies with an emphasis on optimizing patient access at a value-based price. His methodologies have been widely accepted by clients and his work has been featured in peer-reviewed publications and clinical abstracts.
Jamie LaGuardia-Frie, Commercial Health Sales & Solutions, New York
LaGuardia-Frie serves as the northeast regional market leader in the commercial Healthcare segment. She supports client executives to optimize their partnership with the company to build growth and performance opportunities while mitigating risk. LaGuardia-Frie’s deep understanding of an organization’s challenges allows her to assist clients in operationalizing opportunities to create a sustainable solution within the competitive healthcare marketplace.
Tamyra Porter, Commercial Health Value Transformation, Washington, DC
Porter has more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience primarily focused on state- and government-run programs. Her experience includes the design, procurement, implementation, readiness, and oversight of Medicaid programs, and spans initiatives in more than 20 states and the District of Columbia. Most recently Porter has led projects related to health and housing and the importance of incorporating social determinants of health into incentive models and other value-based purchasing designs.
Joshua Sens, Advanced Solutions, Chicago
Since joining the firm in 2015, Sens has focused on the delivery of analytics to support strategy and operations across a broad array of healthcare content domains, including claims, supply chain, operational, financial, revenue cycle, clinical, imaging, and population health. With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Sens has grown the firm’s healthcare analytics team to more than 180 people globally, providing capabilities for solution development and delivery, business intelligence and analytic development, data management, and advanced analytics.
Mark Szalwinski, Commercial Health Performance Excellence, Chicago
Szalwinski has more than 30 years of healthcare operations management and leadership experience. He leads the firm’s clinical impact solutions design and implementation teams, which includes overseeing the development and implementation of the firm’s new command center offering and leading efforts to digitize the clinical transformation offering. During his tenure at Guidehouse, Szalwinski has participated in and led several horizontal improvement assessments and multiyear engagements.
