March of Dimes, whose mission is to lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies, has honored 135 women since 2001.

Carly was joined by other finalists at the awards ceremony, including Julia Fantacone of Altarum, Kerry-Ann Hamilton of KAH Consulting, Nancy Bossard of Long & Foster, Michele Bolos, CEO and founder of NT Concepts, Mary Kinnard-Brown of The MITRE Corporation, Lydia Russo of Lydia Real Estate, Shaza Andersen, CEO of Trustar Bank, and Dr. Sandy Chung, CEO of Health Connect IPA.

“The March of Dimes mission to improve the health of babies so closely matches Guidehouse’s mission of creating a positive impact in the world” said Sherlonda-Goode Jones, Guidehouse partner and longtime colleague. “We are thrilled to have one of our own named as a heroine of Washington. Carly has worked tirelessly in serving the March of Dimes for years. She is so deserving of this recognition.”

“The March of Dimes has had such a profound impact in improving the health of mothers and babies,” added Ellen Zimiles, Partner and Financial Services Segment Leader. “This is exactly the type of organization that Guidehouse wants to partner with. Our passion and obligation to lift up not-for-profit organizations like the March of Dimes is the cornerstone of everything we do.”

In addition to the awards presentation, the evening included a cocktail reception, dinner, and silent auction. Proceeds from the event will support local March of Dimes programs, including research, education, and advocacy so that every family can have the best possible start.
