Stu is a celebrated technologist and thought leader with nearly three decades of transformative leadership experience across diverse industries. As Chief Transformation Officer (CXO) he leads Guidehouse’s AI-enabled transformation strategy, driving innovation to help clients accelerate transformation, modernize operations, and realize value faster. Internally, he provides a clear, unified direction for integrating the firm’s advisory, technology, AI, and managed services capabilities across segments and practices.

Before becoming CXO, Stu was a Guidehouse Partner and Technology Leader responsible for our portfolio of digital services. In that role, he expanded the firm’s AI, cloud, and platform capabilities by harnessing data-driven strategies, advanced technology platforms, ecosystem partner relationships, and scalable cloud services. This helped us deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support long-term business success.

Prior to joining Guidehouse, Stu served as Global Technology Lead for a major professional services firm and a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives. Known for his versatility as a strategist and visionary, he successfully delivered complex, large-scale business transformation initiatives such as advanced customer service technology platforms, organizational transitions in deregulated industries, major divestitures, and pioneering cloud transformations.
