Kelly Hernandez

As Guidehouse CFO, Kelly oversees the firm’s global finance organization and helps guide long-term business strategy, operational performance, and growth initiatives. With three decades of professional experience, she brings a broad combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic perspective to support continued investment in our people, capabilities, technology, and long-term growth.

Before joining Guidehouse, Kelly served as CFO for a large U.S. general contractor firm, leading its financial activities along with corporate planning, strategy, innovation, and risk management functions. Previously she held senior roles with a global engineering solution company, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership while evaluating financial performance, budgets, forecasts, growth plans, and business initiatives. She also helped shape corporate messaging, engaged investors and analysts, and provided competitive and market insights to inform strategy.

Earlier in her career, Kelly led institutional asset management for the Middle East and North Africa region, managed a nearly $1 billion technology fund, delivered investment research across the semiconductor sector, supported institutional investment research, and authored market and sector reports.
