With more than 20 years experience launching and building well-known respected and trusted global brands, Joy focuses on building and accelerating the company’s brand recognition and growth priorities in partnership with the executive team and sales organization. She oversees all corporate communications, branding, marketing campaigns, media and digital platforms to deliver strategies for brand distinction, differentiation and market impact.
Throughout her career, Joy has excelled in delivering laser-focused strategic programs that utilizes her diverse skillset across branding, integrated campaign execution, lead generation, event management, corporate communications, public relations, strategic planning, budget management, creative design, employee experience and innovation programming to drive forward the company’s vision for brand elevation and revenue growth.
Before joining Guidehouse, Joy played an instrumental role in the launch (pre and post-IPO) of WebMD, led global digital marketing programs at IBM, supported sponsor programming with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, and led the corporate rebranding, enterprise communications, media execution and marketing for a large global public-sector defense consulting firm.
