Ryan McKeon is Chief Growth Officer at Guidehouse, overseeing the firm’s Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing teams. Ryan works across the enterprise to align growth priorities, strengthen strategic planning, and create a more connected path from market opportunity to client impact.

An engineer and technologist by background, Ryan brings a technology lens to growth and client service. Throughout his career, Ryan has helped organizations address complex challenges spanning business and digital transformation, technology strategy, cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise systems, financial management, risk, controls, and operational improvement.

Before becoming Chief Growth Officer, Ryan served as Guidehouse’s Global Sales Leader and helped advance a more disciplined, scalable approach to growth. Ryan has played an important role in the evolution of Guidehouse’s Commercial Excellence organization, strengthening how the firm prioritizes opportunities, plans strategic accounts, develops its pipeline, and supports teams pursuing high-value work.

Ryan maintains the Project Management Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, AWS Business Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications.
