Scott McIntyre

With more than 25 years of executive experience, Scott is recognized across the highest levels of government for his unique ability to bring his cross-sector expertise and leadership experience to solving complex problems and delivering transformational, impactful change for clients across public sectors and regulated commercial markets. His deep understanding of the interconnected, interrelated complexities between regulated and non-regulated entities gave formation to Guidehouse, the largest and fastest growing global consultancy providing fully integrated commercial and public sector advisory, technology and managed services. 

Outpacing the industry’s growth metrics, Scott utilizes his deep leadership experience in financial modeling, debt and cost restructuring and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth strategies in support of the needs of Guidehouse clients and markets served. Scott balances this growth focus with his deep appreciation and support of our values-driven, ‘people-first’ culture where diversity of experience and talent are encouraged and collaboration integral to our business.   

Before joining Guidehouse, Scott was a partner at a large global management consultancy where he spearheaded a number of strategic sectors, including U.S. and global public sector businesses and their U.S. National Security Practice. Earlier in his career, he worked as a partner at a professional services firm advising clients in the government, aerospace and defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
