With more than 25 years of executive experience, Scott is recognized across the highest levels of government for his unique ability to apply cross-sector expertise and leadership strengths to solving complex problems—delivering transformational, impactful change for clients across regulated commercial markets and the public sector. His deep understanding of the interconnected, interrelated complexities between regulated and non-regulated entities gave formation to Guidehouse.
Scott harnesses his deep leadership experience with financial modeling, debt and cost restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions to drive the organic and inorganic growth strategies that benefit our clients and markets served. He balances this growth focus with a deep appreciation and support of our values-driven, people-first culture—where entrepreneurial, innovative talent is encouraged and collaboration is integral to our business.
Before joining Guidehouse, Scott was a partner at a large global management consultancy, where he spearheaded its U.S. and global public sector businesses and U.S. national security practice, among others. Earlier in his career, he worked as a partner at a professional services firm advising clients in the government, aerospace and defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
