Roy Pratt is an experienced IT/OT professional with more than 30 years’ experience across the manufacturing, industrial and Energy segments. His previous engagements span the technology lifecycle from operations, implementation, and build to architect, strategy and innovation leadership roles. He works directly with client management and leadership to craft technology strategies and architectures as well as organizational transformations to optimize IT/OT service delivery. This optimization is critical to utility organizations embarking on large grid modernization, core systems replacement, or merger/divestiture programs.
Roy’s recent efforts have focused on model based architecture processes, grid modernization programs and implementation of organizational architecture capabilities. The strategies, road maps and architectures he has developed are used to support AMI, Grid Modernization, and ADMS deployments as well as Application Rationalization programs. Roy comes to Navigant from a six year role at Accenture/BRIDGE Energy Group where he was Chief Architect with oversight responsibility for technology delivery as well as direct responsibility for solution development. Prior to that Roy was Chief Technology Officer for the Manufacturing, Industrials and Energy consulting practice at HP Enterprise Services.
