Ron began his career in consulting, specializing in enterprise system development and large-scale data and analytics. He rose to partner and helped build a managed services business focused on operational efficiency and digital enablement. His leadership has spanned CIO and executive roles across manufacturing, sustainability, and enterprise change.

As Global CIO and Chief Process Improvement Officer at a Fortune 500 manufacturer, Ron led a successful global SAP deployment and drove enterprise capability development across sustainability, Lean Six Sigma, and change management. He later led a regional services business—doubling its revenue to over $300 million—before taking on a global CIO role, where he focused on integrating AI and agentic technologies into enterprise operations.
