Leveraging more than 25 years of experience supporting key initiatives to preserve national security, Shannon leads Guidehouse’s Defense & Security team in delivering mission-critical solutions to address the nation's most pressing challenges.
With a proven ability to develop complex, high-impact solutions, she drives innovation and produces impactful results across such areas as grants management, internal controls, change management, finance, project management, policy analysis, and business development.
Before joining Guidehouse, Shannon was a principal at a large global consultancy. She also served as a manager of several community development programs and worked to finance low- and middle-income housing. As an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, she has taught courses on management consulting.
